Shipping Restrictions

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business on the next Monday.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping
Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates and never guaranteed. BioHealth is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

DOT restricted
DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation.

In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, our warehouse will be closed on the following days of the 2018/2019 calendar:
Monday, January 1st — New Year's Day
Monday, May 27th — Memorial Day
Thursday, July 4th — Independence Day
Monday, September 2nd — Labor Day
Thursday, November 28th — Thanksgiving Day
Tuesday, December 24th — Christmas Eve
Wednesday, December 25th — Christmas Day
Wednesday, January 1st — New Year's Day
