Salted Caramel Protein Smoothie Recipe
This insanely delicious salted caramel protein smoothie is perfect for breakfast, after a workout. This smoothie is a delicate blend of sweet and salty flavors which will quickly become a house favorite. Made with Legacy's Candied Caramel protein, this smoothie is high in protein and incredibly tasty.
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 scoop of Legacy's Candied Caramel Fresh protein
- 1 Medjool date
- 1 tsp of almond butter
- 1 pinch of kosher salt
- Add the ice, frozen banana, coconut milk and medjool date.
- Blend together until smooth.
- Add the protein powder, almond butter and kosher salt to the mixture.
- Blend again until smooth.
Bonus: You can add a half cup of coffee to this to give it a twist of mocha flavor for added caffeine.
